Gabriela is a licensed multicultural and bilingual (Spanish) clinical psychologist in private practice with experience treating a broad range of emotional and behavioral issues. She enjoys human connection and the ability to help through respect, non-judgment, and trust creating a strong therapeutic alliance from which you feel safe and supported to identify personal challenges and achieve your goals. She use an integrative approach to treatment, influenced by evidence-based, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, experiential, spiritual, and humanistic-existential theories. Most importantly, Gabriela is passionate about working collaboratively with clients, to help them gain self-awareness, rediscover their inner strengths and reach emotional, psychological, and spiritual growth to experience a fulfilled life.
